Rainbows are a beautiful gift, often seen as a message of resilience and hope. They remind us to keep going, to persevere through the many seasons of personal struggle. Though life may bring us many thunderstorms, nothing is permanent. These storms will create chaos, but they will eventually pass. The rainbows that follow these storms of pain will become some of the most beautiful experiences we encounter.

Listening to the song “Rainbow” by Kacey Musgraves, I was struck by her message. Through her lyrics, she conveys that no matter how bad things may seem, a brighter tomorrow is always on the horizon. There’s always a glimmer of hope beyond the darkness that may seem overwhelming in the moment.

We all face difficult times, some worse than others, but it’s in these challenging moments that we are reminded we’re not alone. The rainbow might just be the lifeline we need to keep going.

Our resilient human spirit is a testament to our ability to acknowledge pain as part of life’s trials and to celebrate the beauty that arises from hurt and growth.

So, live to see the rainbows after the storms, and make your life colorful.
